What is a Mimosa Mocktail?
A mimosa is a brunch drink made with equal parts orange juice and champagne. There are a few different popular combinations of mimosas combining the orange juice with other juices or leaving it out for a totally different flavor such as in a cranberry mimosa.
A cranberry mimosa recipe can be made with cranberry juice, orange juice and champagne or simply cranberry juice and champagne.
We've taken this classic combination to create a family-friendly bubbly drink using Cran-Apple Martinelli's! If you want to explore more mocktails with cranberry juice I think you will love our Sparkling Cranberry Mocktail.

What to Serve with Mimosa Mocktails
Mimosa mocktails are most commonly served with breakfast or brunch mainly due to the juice and lightness of the drink. It's perfect for holidays as well.
Don't forget to add a festive garnish. Orange slices in the glass and on the rim work great but you can also add some fresh cranberries to float in the glass.

Recipe FAQs
I recommend making a large pitcher of these cranberry mimosa mocktails to serve groups. You will need to mix together one 25.4 fl oz bottle of sparkling cran-apple cider and one cup of orange juice. When serving them to a group I recommend chilling the liquids ahead of time. You can measure everything out ahead of time but do not mix until right before serving so you don't lose the bubbles.
The light bubbly and citrus flavors pair amazingly with breakfast foods like salty bacon, sweet rolls, omelets, and fresh fruit. It's the perfect companion without being overly sweet or tart.
Mimosas are traditionally served in champagne flutes. However, nobody is watching so you can serve them in whatever glass you want to serve them in! These are non-alcoholic so you don't need to worry about consuming too much alcohol.

mimosas always remind me of that scene in the Incredibles where he's drinking this orange drink and I wanted to have one so bad. Now I can and so can my little ones!
