I don’t drink, but I always want something special to ring in the new year. Something bubbly and different. Something in a fancy glass. So – I came up with this idea. Not only is this mock champagne kid (and adult) friendly, but it is delicious and perfect for that special occasion.
What Do I Need To Make Mock Champagne?
This New Years Eve try this bubbly beverage with your family or your festive party. Mock Champagne is a cinch to whip up! There are only three ingredients in the recipe. You heard me right – three ingredients!
- Ginger ale
- white grape juice
- raspberries
How Do I Make Mock Champagne?
Simply mix gingerale and white grape juice in a large pitcher. Garnish with raspberries. It really is that easy!
Mock Champagne as your new tradition
As my tradition as a grown up, my husband and I always toast to the new year and kiss. I really love including this bubbly beverage in that tradition. If you don’t have a tradition for the new year – I hope you’ll try out this easy recipe and clink glasses at the stroke of midnight.
New Years Resolutions
So what are your resolutions this year? I THINK I’m going to give up soda. Gasp. I need to roll it around for a few days before I really commit. Do you guys think I can do it? Or should I just throw in the towel before I begin? Leave me a comment and let me know what you’re planning on resolving to do in the new year.

-
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and stir to combine. Serve in the fancy glass of your choice. Say cheers after you clink glasses.
How many servings does this recipe have? I will be providing this for a non-
alcoholic event with around 100 people and need to make multiple batches.
Thanks
The recipe will make 8-9 8 ounce servings.
I absolutely love this recipe for non-alcoholic champagne. I am a non drinker and hate putting out all that money for non-alcoholic wine. Thanks
This sounds perfect for my guests that don’t drink, thank you for sharing!
These are perfect for any get together, everyone will love them!
How does the white grape juice concentrate translate to white grape juice off the shelf?? None of the stores around me have the white grape juice in stock… 😳
Use 32 ounces white grape juice and 1 liter of gingerale. It won’t be as strong of a grape flavor, but it will still be delicious!
So with the substitution, will you still add 2 L of ginger ale as well for a total of 3L?
Hi Rachel, What substitution are you referring to?
