- Measure out your seasoning and plain greek yogurt.
- Mix together in a medium bowl until well combined, then set aside.
- In a whiskey glass, juice glass, or clear disposable cup – layer about 1/2 inch of refried beans.
- Top with 1/2 inch of seasoned greek yogurt.
- Add 1/2 inch of mild red salsa.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add sliced or diced avocado.
- Sprinkle on diced tomato.
- Add sliced black olives.
- Garnish with cilantro.
What Do I Serve With 7 Layer Dip?
I love to serve mine with tortilla chips or crackers. Crunchmaster crackers are a wonderful addition to your spread as well.
How Long Does 7 Layer Dip Last In The Fridge?
7 layer dip lasts 3-4 days in the fridge. The layers will bleed together and become watery if the dip sits. For these reasons, I like to serve my dip the same day that it is made.

- 15 ounces low fat refried beans

- 1 avocado diced
- 2 roma tomatoes diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces sliced olives
- cilantro for garnish
