I don't know about you, but whenever I make up a protein shake for myself, by kids beg and beg until I pour some of mine into a cup for them. Good For Kids
I love giving my kids protein shakes. Protein like Kidzshakes helps to make up the difference in an incomplete diet. A protein shake is also good for immune function and brain development. Kids Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake
- 2 cups milk
- 2 bananas
- 2 scoops KidzShakes Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2 Tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve Immediately.
