    My Favorite Protein Powders

When it comes to protein powders, I tend to like them on the sweet side.  I really like BSN Syntha 6 and Shakeology.  The Shakeology is on the pricer side, but includes a ton of good for you ingredients, while the Syntha 6 is a simple protein powder.

Coconut Milk Or Milk Of Your Choice

If you don't have coconut milk on hand, you can substitute another milk like almond or dairy - but I like to have some almond and coconut milk handy for my morning shakes.  I really prefer the flavor in shakes over dairy milk.
