For all you pie haters out there here is a incredible recipe EVERYONE would love. Even those who love to eat healthy because this recipe is also low-fat, high protein and has vegetable in it! Protein Pumpkin Pie Shake.
High Protein, Low Fat
How do we make it high protein, low fat? With this magical ingredient. Proyo is our new favorite ice cream! We eat it for snacks, for desserts and mix it into our shakes. I LOVE my kids choosing this ice cream over others. How to make Protein Pumpkin Shake
You’ll need 1-2 pints of this ProYo low-fat ice cream.
Depending on how much pumpkin pie shake you want make- one 14 oz container and all the fixin’s makes about 2 10-12 oz servings. I also include pumpkin, some spices, milk (you can sub for soy milk or almond milk too) and a blender! All those measurements are down there in the recipe card!
Blend Until Smooth
Toss them all in together and push blend! Blend until its all nice and creamy! I love the color of this pumpkin pie shake. So did my kids, my three year old helped from start to end. Added all the ingredients and drank the whole shake.
If you are going for some sassy flair you can top it with whipped topping, cinnamon or some graham cracker crumbs! Do all three for a really decedent milk shake, or just stick to the graham cracker crumbs if you are like me :)

A delicious, protein packed and super fun shake
- Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake
- 1 pint 14oz vanilla ProYo Ice Cream
- 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- whipping cream topping
- graham crackers crumbled
- In blender add all ingredients except whipped cream, and graham crackers. Blend until smooth. Adding more ice cream or milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Top with whipped cream topping, and graham cracker crumbs. Serve immediately.
- serves: about 24 oz
