The flavor or a cupcake in a dip! We've combined a yogurt, cool whip, pudding mix and sprinkles to make this delicious Funfetti Cake Batter Dip. With only a few ingredients, this appetizer is on you'll be making over and over. Not only for the convenience, but for the amazing flavor.

Why This Recipe Works
Cake batter dip is simply a dip made to taste like cake. For this dip we are using a vanilla pudding mix, and mixing it with Greek Yogurt and cool whip. The greek yogurt gives the dip a zing, while the cool whip keeps it fluffy.
This recipe comes together in minutes and I always get rave reviews when I serve it. And I love that you feel like you're eating a cupcake when you eat this dip.
About The Ingredients
For this easy dip recipe, you will need simple ingredients you can easily pick up on a trip to the grocery store.

There are only 3 ingredients in the recipe. You'll need:
- Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix - you can always go with the regular version rather than sugar free, but I like to keep it low calorie.
- Plain Greek Yogurt - make sure you get plain yogurt and not flavored yogurt. The yogurt in this recipe gives the dip a zing.
- Whipped Topping - the most common brand of this is Cool Whip. But store brand works great too! You can find this in the freezer aisle. Usually near the frozen fruit.
- Vanilla Creme Sweet Drops - this ingredient is optional. It gives the dip and extra vanilla cake flavor. These drops are a stevia liquid that have a vanilla flavor.
The complete list of ingredients and quantities is in the recipe card.

Cake Batter Dip FAQ
You can keep funfetti dip in the fridge for up to 10 days. Store in an airtight container. You can also make it ahead and take it out of the fridge right before serving.
Yes! This recipe is the same thing as Funfetti Dip or Dunkaroo Dip.
I do not recommend using a box cake mix. The CDC has issued a warning to not consume raw flour. Even if the flour is not mixed into a cake mix, the raw flour needs to be baked before eaten. If you want to use a cake mix, you will have to heat treat it in the microwave or oven. You can find details about that in this blog post.

Do you have to use "lite" coolwhip or can i go for the "full fat" version?? Also, which brand of greek yogurt do you use? I am never sure which one is a good one, plUs fage has zero and 2% which confuses Me even more........

I have no idean what's up with some of my letters being capitalized......
Jillian Burrup says
Or the "n" after idea!!!
Kadee says
You can certainly use the full fat version. And I like the Fage yogurt - either the 2% or 0% work great.
