Funfetti Dip

A few months back my mom came in to town.  I was hosting a craft night during her stay and she insisted that I make this dip.  She told me a co-worker of hers had given her the recipe and that it was to die for.  You can’t say no to a description like that!

Only Three Ingredients!

So we ran to the store, bought the supplies and some dippers – we went with Nilla Wafers, grapes, and strawberries and we were on our way. With only 3 ingredients, it was made up in no time! The greek yogurt gives the dip a zing, while the cool whip keeps it fluffy.

Needless to say it was snarfed down so so quickly.  Everyone loved it! I have been asked time and time again for this recipe and have served it at many bunco nights and get togethers.  I love the ease of whipping it up, and I love that my guest enjoy it.

Cupcake Flavor In A Dip

The base of this recipe is a funfetti cake mix. There is something about the flavor of cake mix that can’t be recreated. And I love that you feel like you’re eating a cupcake when you eat this dip.

I promise this will be a hit at your next get together. And you won’t break a sweat making this one.  It really is the perfect addition to an appetizer table.

While we are on the topic of entertaining, it is something I really love to do.  I love the planning, the decorating, and I love seeing it all come together.  There is something about bringing people together that really brings me joy. Because of that I have a slew of party recipes up my sleeve at all times.  Over the years I’ve collected many pieces that I used while entertaining.  It has been fun to pick one up here or there when something catches my eye – and then put it into use when needed.

I’ve linked some of my favorite entertaining pieces right here:

  1. Do you have to use “lite” coolwhip or can i go for the “full fat” version?? Also, which brand of greek yogurt do you use? I am never sure which one is a good one, plUs fage has zero and 2% which confuses Me even more……..
