How to Make Steak Tacos
- Flank Steak is a lean cut of beef and is best when cooked to medium rare and thinly sliced, making it perfect for tacos.
- Marinate the stake in red wine vinegar or lime juice for about 30 minutes. This helps tenderize the meat.
- Grill or Sauté the meat on a cast iron pan at high heat.
- Allow the steak to rest for 10 minutes before slicing so you don’t lose all of the juice and flavor.
- Slice the steak across the grain.

- Blend to desired texture. I like mine pretty fine.
- Dress tacos with steak, avocado veggies, cheese and sauce.
