Homemade fruit leather has become a fast favorite around our house. It is so easy, and the combinations are endless. I hope you all have been enjoying our Summer Snack Series here on Oh So. Today all you have are sweet potatoes, lime, and a pinch of salt. I certainly don't feel guilt serving my kids this snack. With the sweet potato, the tart lime, and the crunch of sea salt - this is sure to be your new favorite afternoon . . .
Fruit leather is amazing, especially homemade fruit leather. I have loved it since I was a kid, and my kids love it now.
