Ingredients– 3 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes– ¾ cup pepper jack cheese shredded– 1 cup deli honey ham diced– ¼ cup green onions diced– 4 eggs beaten– 1 ½ cups milk– ⅛ teaspoon salt– ⅛ teaspoon pepper
