9. Roll our pie crusts and cut dough into strips. Place longest strips of dough on top, spacing them evenly apart. 10. Fold every other strip halfway back, then place another strip across. 11. Repeat until covered in a lattice pattern.12. Trim edges to fit pie dish and fold edges of the top and bottom crusts together.
