Healthy Protein Pancakes

Do you love pancakes, but hate the carb and sugar count?  Good news - we have healthy protein pancakes on the menu for you.  Made with only five ingredients, these flapjacks are a quick and easy breakfast that even the greenest of cooks can make.

Ingredients – 4 eggs – 1 large banana – 2 teaspoon baking soda – ½ teaspoon salt – 2 scoops Protein Powder

1. Add eggs, banana, baking soda, and salt to a blender jar. 2. Add protein powder. 3. Blend until well combined and smooth. 4. Cook on a skillet until bubbles start to pop, then flip and cook 1-2 minutes on the opposite side. 

Serve with your favorite berries, powdered sugar, and or honey. Enjoy!
