▢8 small flour tortillas ▢2 chicken breasts cooked & shredded or diced *see notes ▢⅓ cup cheddar cheese shredded ▢½ cup shredded lettuce ▢1 ½ cup teriyaki sauce ▢1 cup pineapple salsa
In a small saucepan combine soy sauce, water, ginger, garlic, honey, and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer.
In a small bowl combine cornstarch and water. Whisk until combined. Add to sauce pan and whisk until thickened. Toss with cooked chicken to coat.
Dice all pineapple salsa ingredients. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to combine. Add salt to taste.
