PINEAPPLE  MANGO SALSA

▢1 small fresh pineapple diced ▢1 mango ▢1 of a jalapeño seeded and stemmed ▢1 large avocado ▢1 cup cherry tomatoes diced ▢½ of a small purple onion ▢juice of one lime ▢½ cup chopped cilantro ▢½ teaspoon garlic salt ▢Salt to taste

INGREDIENTS

Chop and dice all ingredients (you can use your food processor or blender, depending on how crunchy/minced you like your salsa).

STEP 1

Combine together, let sit at room temperature for a few hours so the flavors can merry.

STEP 2

Add more salt if needed.

STEP 3

Serve as a dip with tortilla chips or add it to tacos for a fresh twist.
