CHOCOLATE CHIP PUMPKIN BREAD

▢ 3 cups sugar ▢ 1 cup vegetable oil ▢ 15 oz can of pumpkin ▢ 4 eggs lightly beaten ▢ 2/3 cup water ▢ 1 tsp baking powder ▢ 2 tsp baking soda ▢ 1 tsp nutmeg ▢ 1 tsp all spice ▢ 1/2 tsp ground cloves ▢ 1 tsp cinnamon ▢ 3 1/2 cups flour ▢ 2 tsp salt ▢ 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

INGREDIENTS

1. Start by creaming together your oil and sugar, pumpkin, and eggs. 2. Mix your dry ingredients – flour, baking soda, baking powder, and spices. 3. Add dry mixture to wet mixture. 4. Mix until well combined. 5. Add chocolate chips. 6. Stir to combine.

PUMPKIN BREAD STEPS

Spray two 9 inch loaf pans with non-stick spray. Add 1/2 of the batter to each loaf pan

STEP 2

Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

STEP 3

Cool on a wire rack before serving.
