▢2 cups shredded chicken ▢4 oz cream cheese ▢¼ cup green salsa ▢1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice ▢½ teaspoon cumin ▢1 teaspoon chili powder ▢1 teaspoon garlic salt ▢3 Tablespoon chopped cilantro ▢2 cup cooked shredded chicken ▢1 cup grated pepperjack cheese ▢15 corn tortillas ▢kosher salt ▢spray oil
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all the ingredients except tortillas and salt. Mix well.
Place 15 corn tortillas on a microwave safe plate. Cover with 2 damp (not dripping wet) paper towels and microwave for 2 minutes on microwave safe plate. Tortillas will be hot!
Place 1-2 T of chicken mixture on the lower third of a tortilla, roll as tight as you can. Lay seam side down in air fryer.
