7 LAYER  DIP CUPS

▢1.5 cups plain greek yogurt ▢½ tablespoon chili powder ▢¼ teaspoon garlic salt ▢¼ teaspoon onion salt ▢¼ teaspoon dried oregano ▢½ teaspoon paprika ▢½ teaspoon cumin ▢15 ounces low fat refried beans ▢1.5 cups salsa your favorite store bought or fresh salsa ▢1 avocado diced ▢2 roma tomatoes diced ▢1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ▢8 ounces sliced olives ▢cilantro for garnish

INGREDIENTS

Measure out your seasoning and plain greek yogurt. Mix together in a medium bowl until well combined.  Set aside.

STEP 1

In a whiskey glass, juice glass, or clear disposable cup - layer about ½ inch of refried beans.

STEP 2

Top with ½ inch of seasoned greek yogurt. Add ½ inch of mild red salsa.

STEP 3

Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Add sliced or diced avocado.

STEP 4

Sprinkle on diced tomato and add sliced black olives.

STEP 5

Garnish with cilantro and serve!
