Watermelon and Mint Lemonade
Peel your lemons using a pairing knife. If you prefer to use lemon juice rather than whole lemons, see note.
In a blender combine watermelon, lemons, simple syrup, and water.
Use whole juice setting to blend.
Serve over ice.
- Skip Juicing the Lemons. Using a high-speed blender allows you to simply peel them and throw them in whole.
- Plan to Hand Juice. If you would rather juice your lemons than blend them, increase the amount of lemons to six.
- Storing. Keep it in an airtight container and it will last about 2 weeks in your fridge. You can also freeze homemade lemonade in your freezer for about 3 months.
- Adjust the Flavor. Want a lighter or a sweeter flavor? You can add a bit of water for a lighter flavor or add more simple syrup for a sweeter flavor.
