  • 1.5 cups plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 15 ounces low fat refried beans
  • 1.5 cups salsa your favorite store bought or fresh salsa|https://ohsodelicioso.com/villa-villa-salsa-salsa/|
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 2 roma tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces sliced olives
  • cilantro for garnish
  1. Measure out your seasoning and plain greek yogurt.
  2. Mix together in a medium bowl until well combined.  Set aside.
  3. In a whiskey glass, juice glass, or clear disposable cup - layer about 1/2 inch of refried beans.
  4. Top with 1/2 inch of seasoned greek yogurt.
  5. Add 1/2 inch of mild red salsa.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Add sliced or diced avocado.
  8. Sprinkle on diced tomato.
  9. Add sliced black olives.
  10. Garnish with cilantro.
