- 16 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 10-12 mini peanut butter cups
- 10 ounces colored mini marshmallows
- graham crackers for dipping
Separate colored marshmallows into groups.
Spray a 10 inch skillet or braiser with non-stick spray. Add chocolate chips to skillet and spread until even. Sprinkle mini peanut butter cups evenly on top of chocolate chips.
Add mini marshmallows on top of chocolate, place each color together in a stripe - forming a rainbow with the different colors.
Bake at 350 degrees for 3-4 minutes. Switch baking function to broil and cook for 1 minutes. This will brown fast, so keep and eye on it.
