- 2 lbs whole carrots
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- parsely for garnish optional
- 1 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder can use cinnamon if you prefer a different spice.
Oven Instructions
Preheat oven to 425. Peel and cut carrots as desired. Toss carrots in all the ingredients.
Place glazed carrots on a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes. Tossing occasionally. For extra caramelization broil at the end for a couple of minutes.
Serve immediately.
Pressure Cooker Instructions
Peel and cut carrots as desired.
Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker.
Close lid, and set valve to seal. Cook on high for 4 minutes.
Use a quick release when cooking is complete.
Use a slotted spoon to transfer to platter. Serve immediately.
