Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 ounces toffee bars (like Heath) crumbled (4 oz = 2 standard sized candy bars) You can also find a variety already crumbled in the baking aisle
  • Apples sliced

Instructions

  • If not using pre-crumbled toffee bar, Start by crumbling your candy bars. I like to do this by placing the candy bars in a zipper bag and rolling a rolling pin over it.
  • Combine softened cream cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  • With a hand or stand mixer, mix until creamy and well combined.
  • Add in toffee pieces and stir to combine.
  • Serve with apple slices.

Notes

  • Use a sturdy whisk or wooden spoon to combine the softened cream cheese and sugar if you don’t have a hand or stand mixer.
  • If you’re crushing your own toffee candy bars, place them in a zip top bag and use a rolling pin to crumble them into small pieces.
  • The dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
