With a summer weather upon us - there is really nothing like a nice cold glass of refreshing lemonade - and let me tell you, the mint-infused simple syrup makes this drink extra delicious!

Ingredients
Mint-Infused Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup of mint leaves
Watermelon Mint Lemonade
  • 4 cups watermelon cubed
  • 4 lemons peeled
  • 1 cup mint-infused simple syrup
  • 1 cups water
  • 1 cup ice
Instructions
Mint-Infused Simple Syrup
  1. In a small sauce pan combine water, sugar, and mint leaves.
  2. Bring to a simmer and simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Strain to remove mint leaves.

  4. Transfer to an airtight container.
Watermelon Mint Lemonade
  1. In a blender combine watermelon, lemons, simple syrup, and water.
  2. Use whole juice setting to blend.
  3. Serve over ice.
