Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c milk
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Melt butter. Coat muffin pan well with butter, or spray with cooking oil to prevent no sticking, add a little bit of butter at the bottom of each muffin tin.
  2. Blend eggs in a blender for at least 2 mins. (This is crucial to get the pancakes nice a thick.)
  3. Add milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Bake @ 375 deg for 10 - 20 mins.
  5. Batter and edges will rise up the pan. When nice and deep golden brown pancakes are done.
