- 1 lemon juiced
- ¼ cup honey
Dehydrator Instructions
Wash and cut your fruit. Add to a blender or food processor.
Add in honey and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Pour onto silicone mat accessory of your dehydrator.
If using a dehydrator, set to 160 degrees and dry for 608 hours. Check at 4 hours. You will know when its done with it is no longer sticky and is leather-like.
