For Salad
- 2 cups mixed greens
- ½ pear sliced
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
- ⅛ cup crumbled blue cheese
For Dressing
- ¾ cup olive oil
- juice from one lemon
- ⅛ cup white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup fresh raspberries
- salt and pepper to taste

Combine all salad ingredients on a dinner place.
Place all dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer to an airtight container and store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week.
