Three Cheese and Spinach Stuffed Shells

- 1 box of large pasta shells
- 15 ounces Ricotta cheese
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ cups Mozzarella cheese divided
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup spinach
- 10 large basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- few twists of the pepper grinder
- 1 lb ground turkey or beef optional
- 1 28 ounces jar of marinara sauce
Boil pasta shells according to directions, set aside.
If using a meat sauce, cook and prepare meat combine with marinara sauce. set aside.
in a mixing bowl lightly beat eggs, then add ricotta, parmesan cheese, ½ cup mozzarella cheese.
Chop spinach and basil, add to cheese with salt and pepper.
mix well.
Place about 1 Tablespoon filling into shells. When pan is full, top with sauce, remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
