Ingredients
Fajita Bake
  • 1/2 lb. Flank Steak
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Taco Ingredient Ideas
  • Tortillas
  • Tomatoes
  • Salsa
  • Sour Cream
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Cilantro
  • Avocado
  • Guacamole
Instructions
Fajita Bake
  1. Cut Flank Steak into bite size pieces, taking care to cut against the grain.

  2. Chop Peppers & Onion - slice into 3/4 inch slices

  3. On a sheet pan, combined steak, peppers, onion, olive oil, garlic salt, cumin,  and pepper.

  4. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 25 mins.

  5. Remove from oven, uncover.  Wrap tortillas in foil and add to pan.

  6. Broil for 3-5 minutes

Taco Assembly
  1. Add the Fajitas to your tortilla
  2. Add all your favorite taco toppings
