Ingredients
  • 1 loaf french bread
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 tablespoons softened butter
  • 3/4 cup sharp white cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup medium cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 oz diced green chilies canned
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C).

  2. Mix mayonnaise, butter, cheese, and chilies.
  3. Split french bread in half lengthwise.
  4. Spread mixture on both halves of bread.
  5. Bake 5 minutes.
  6. Change oven to broil, broil until cheese melted and bubbly.
