Ingredients
  • 4-6 chicken breasts
  • 1 C soy sauce
  • 1/2 C Veg Oil
  • 1 C lemon lime soda
  • juice of one lime
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 limes lime zest
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large gallon bag, bowl or flat pan. Cover.

  2. Allow to marinate in the fridge for 6-8 hours.

  3. Pre-heat smoker to 350. When hot add chicken and allow to smoke for about 15-20 minutes. Flip, and allow to smoke until it reaches the internal temp of 165. Remove immediately when reaches 165 so it does not over cook or dry out. 

  4. You can also Broil or Grill chicken if smoker is not available.
