Ingredients
The Classic Deviled Egg
  • 6 hard boiled eggs peeled
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika for garnish
  • chives for garnish
Guacamole Deviled Eggs
  • 6 hard boiled eggs peeled
  • 1/2 C mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado or 1/2 cup pre-made guacamole
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/4 cup pico de Gallo for garnish
Bacon Ranch Deviled Eggs
  • 6 hard boiled eggs peeled
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon crumbled
Jalapeno Popper Deviled Eggs
  • 6 hard boiled eggs peeled
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 tsp juice from canned jalapeños
  • 2 TBSP diced canned jalapeños for garnish
Instructions
The Classic Deviled Egg
  1. Gently slice hard boiled eggs in half.  Separate yellows and whites.

  2. In a bowl combine egg yellows, mayo, vinegar, and mustard.

  3. Mix thoroughly with a hand mixer.  Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Using a large piping tip and cake decorating bag to pipe the mixture in the center of the egg whites. Garnish with paprika and chives.

Guacamole Deviled Eggs
  1. Gently slice hard boiled eggs in half. Separate yellows and whites.

  2. Combine egg yellows, mayo, avocado (or guacamole), and ground mustard in a bowl.

  3. Mix thoroughly with hand mixer. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Using a large pipping tip and cake decorating bag to pipe the mixture in the center of the egg whites. Garnish with pico de Gallo.
