NO BAKE OATMEAL RAISIN GRANOLA BARS

▢2.5 cups oats ▢¼ cup walnuts ▢¼ cup chia seed ▢⅓ cup Dole California Golden Raisins ▢⅓ cup Dole California Raisins ▢2 tablespoons peanut butter ▢½ cup honey ▢⅔ cup butter melted ▢⅔ cup brown sugar

INGREDIENTS

In a large bowl combine oats, chia, walnuts, and raisins.

STEP 1

In a small bowl combine butter, vanilla, brown sugar, honey and peanut butter.  Whisk to combine.

STEP 2

Add butter mixture to oat mixture.  Stir until well combined.

STEP 3

Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper. Flatten mixture into the bottom.

STEP 4

Freeze for 90 minutes. Cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
