MINI  MEATLOAF RECIPE

▢1 lb ground beef ▢1 egg ▢8 ounces can tomato sauce divided ▢½ cup italian bread crumbs or crushed saltine crackers ▢pepper ▢onion salt

INGREDIENTS

In a large bowl combine ground beef, half of tomato sauce, bread crumbs, egg, and seasonings.

STEP 1

Using clean or gloved hands, mix the ingredients thoroughly.

STEP 2

Divide between 3 mini loaf pans.

STEP 3

Evenly distribute remaining half of the tomato sauce to the tops of mini meat loaves.

STEP 4

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until internal temperature is 350 degrees.
