HOMEMADE PEANUT BRITTLE

▢1 batch of fudge ▢2 cup good chocolate for melting ▢Crisco ▢Toppings crushed candy canes, nuts, coconut, crumbled candy bars ▢Parchment Paper

INGREDIENTS

Cut your fudge into bite sized pieces. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and then roll fudge into small balls and line on parchment paper.

STEP 1

Prepare toppings. Melt chocolate slowly in microwave at 30 second increments, stirring frequently.

STEP 2

When melted, stir in a teaspoon of crisco at a time to thin the chocolate until desired consistency is reached.

STEP 3

Dip fudge balls into chocolate using a toothpick. Once coated place on parchment paper.

STEP 4

Add topping while chocolate is still wet and allow chocolate to cool and harden before handling. Enjoy!
