Cheese Fondue ▢1 tablespoon butter ▢2 cloves garlic minced ▢1.5 cups beer ▢2 tablespoon worchestershire sauce ▢8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded ▢2 tablespoon all purpose flour ▢2 tablespoon heavy cream
Add in minced garlic and cook about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then pour in beer and add worchershire sauce. Bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes.
Add cheese mixture to fondue pot. Reduce heat to low. Stir until smooth.
Add a splash of heavy cream and stir until smooth. Serve immediately.
