Chipotle Copycat Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients

rice
Basmati or long grain

water

tablespoon
cilantro
chopped

tablespoon
vegetable oil

lime
juiced

flakey sea salt
More or less if desires
Instructions
In pressure cooker add water and rice. Cook on rice setting until done.
Remove rice into large bowl, add oil, lime juice, chopped cilantro, and salt. toss while hot until well combined. Serve immediately.
