Hot Pastrami Sandwich

We all know how expensive deli sandwiches are - so why not create this gourmet lunch at home?

Ingredients

  • pound sliced pastrami chopped
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • 2 teaspoon italian dressing
  • 2 teaspoon mayonaise
  • 2 slices french bread

Instructions

  • Toast bread in a toaster.
  • Place pastrami on a microwave safe plate and drizzle with italian dressing. Heat for 30-40 seconds.
  • Spread mayo on toasted bread.
  • Layer pastrami, cheese and avocado.
