Herb Crusted Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pound Pork Sirloin Roast
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Johnny's garlic spread or garlic powder if you don't have spread
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper optional

Instructions

  • In a small bowl all ingredients until well combined
  • Line a small cookie sheet with foil, place on roast.
  • Rub Roast with all of rub from small bowl
  • Baked uncovered at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours or until internal temp of roast reaches 145 degrees in the center of the roast
  • Let rest for 20 minutes before cutting
