- 1 cup salted butter melted
- 1 cup dark brown sugar lightly packed
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ¼ cups all purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup M&M’S® Peanut candies
In a large mixing bowl, add brown sugar.
Add granulated sugar.
Pour in melted butter.
Mix until well combined.
Add eggs.
Pour in vanilla extract.
Mix until well combined.
Add flour.
Toss in baking soda and salt. Mix until combined.
Add M&M’S® Peanut candies.
Use a wooden spoon to mix until incorporated.
Transfer batter to a 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray, or lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 23- 25 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
Cool completely before slicing into 12 squares
How Do You Cut Blondies?
- Make sure your blondies are completely cooled. This will take a few hours on a wire rack.
- I like to remove them from the pan. Using parchment paper makes this easy. Simply lift them out of the pan and place on a cutting board.
- I've found that using a serrated knife makes the cleanest cuts. You can also run the knife under warm water and dry it off to make more clean cuts.
