Ingredients
  • Fresh Berries when on sale
  • Instant Pectin
  • Sugar
  • for each batch you will need
  • 2 cups fresh pureed fruit
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 TBS instant pectin
Instructions
  1. Puree fruit in blender to desired consistency
  2. In separate bowl mix sugar and pectin
  3. Add puree fruit to dry ingredients. Stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Ladle jam into jars and let sit for 30 minutes.
  5. Freeze. When using a jar keep refrigerated.
