Homemade Brown Sugar and Pineapple Ham Glaze

- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup pineapple juice
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Pineapple Slices optional
Heat ham according to directions.
In a bowl, whisk glaze ingredients together.
Pour into a sauce pan and heat to a boil over medium/high heat while whisking.
Allow to boil for 3-5 minutes or until thickened slightly and remove from heat.
Allow to cool.
Durning the last 10 minutes of cooking, remove ham and brush glaze over. Return to oven uncovered and turn up heat to 425 deg. F.
Repeat glaze and additional 10 minutes of cooking for an extra thick glaze.
