Baked Pork Chops// Got Milk?
A great dish to make for when you have company!

- 4-6 Thick pork chops, bone-in
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup flour
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- bread crumbs
- veg or canola oil for frying
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup
- ⅔ cup cooking white wine
- 1 cup milk
Sprinkle garlic and onion powder over pork chops.
Dredge in flour, then eggs and bread crumbs
Heat oil in frying pan and fry both sides of pork chops till lightly brown. (they will continue to cook and brown in oven, so don't over cook them) about 2-5 minutes each side.
Place in large baking dish, cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
In separate bowl make gravy by combining cream of chicken, wine, and milk.
After an hour take pork chops out of oven, cover with gravy. Replace foil and bake for 30 minutes more.
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice. Covered in the gravy. If you are not a person who loves gravy you can half the gravy recipe ingredients.
