Mojito Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh fruit raspberries, peaches, nectarines, strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, kiwi, Cuties®, etc.
  • ½ cup white grape juice or sub water
  • cup sugar
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • handful mint leaves

Instructions

  • Bring white grape juice (or water) and sugar to a boil; boil about 10 minutes or until thickened.
  • Add lime juice and mint. Pour into bowl and chill in refrigerator until completely chilled.
  • Wash and chop fruit.
  • Gently stir syrup into fruit, coating well.
  • Serve immediately.
