LOADED CHEESY POTATO WEDGES

Ingredients ▢4-6 potatoes ▢¼ cup olive oil ▢sea salt to taste ▢freshly ground pepper to taste ▢seasoning salt to taste Sour Cream/Ranch Sauce: ▢1 cup sour cream ▢½ cup ranch dressing ▢¼ cup milk Toppings: ▢1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or as much as you like ▢½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese ▢½ cup real bacon bits ▢¼ cup green onions

INGREDIENTS

Cut potatoes into "steak french fries" size. Drizzle potatoes with olive oil and lightly toss with tongs. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.

STEP 1

Sprinkle salts and pepper over the potatoes. Bake 400 for 40 minutes or until fork tender.

STEP 2

In separate bowl mix: sour cream, Ranch dressing and milk.

STEP 3

On a separate rimmed baking tray spread three-fourths of the sour cream sauce. Place hot potatoes on top of sour cream sauce. Drizzle remaining sour cream ranch sauce on potatoes.

STEP 4

Sprinkle bacon and chives. Place under broiler for a few seconds to re-melt cheese.
