INSTANT POT MULLED CIDER

▢ 1 Gallon Apple Juice or Apple Cider ▢ ½ cup Brown Sugar ▢ ½ cup frozen orange juice concentrate ▢ 1 orange sliced ▢ 2 teaspoon whole cloves ▢ 2 teaspoon whole allspice  ▢ 3 sticks cinnamon ▢ 2 whole nutmeg or 1 teaspoon ground

INGREDIENTS

Use a large piece of cheesecloth to wrap whole spices.  Alternately, you can use a fine mesh strainer to strain after steeping. Tie cheesecloth into a knot to secure the spices. Pour apple juice into your pressure cooker, slow cooker, or a large pot. Add brown sugar.

STEP 1

To your pot, add frozen orange juice concentrate, spices and sliced orange. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.  Allow a 10 minute natural release before quick releasing the rest of the steam.

STEP 2

Serve immediately and enjoy!
