EASY  HOT DOG BAR

The Puka Dog ▢6 Hawaiian hot dog buns ▢6 beef hot dogs Garlic Lemon Aioli ▢½ cup mayo ▢juice from ½ of a lemon ▢1 clove garlic Coconut Relish ▢½ cup water ▢½ cup sugar ▢1 teaspoon coconut extract ▢1 teaspoon dijon mustard ▢1 tablespoon mayo ▢⅓ of a jalepeno seeded ▢7 ounces flake coconut 1 bag ▢pinch of salt

INGREDIENTS

THE GUACAMOLE DOG You’ll need: Guacamole  Pepper jack cheese  Chipotle Aioli To assemble, layer a toasted bun, frank, guacamole, and shredded cheese and top with chipotle aioli.

THE JALAPENO POPPER DOG You’ll need: Cream cheese  Jarred or canned jalapenos  Nacho cheese or shredded cheddar  To assemble, layer a toasted bun, frank, cream cheese, jalapenos, and cheese.

THE BUFFALO DOG You’ll need: Ranch or blue cheese dressing  Blue cheese crumbles  Hot sauce To assemble – layer a toasted bun, frank, dressing, blue cheese, and hot sauce.

To Fit More Toppings – to fit more toppings on a hot dog, try slicing the frank in half lengthwise. This will allow more room from toppings from the hot dog bar.
