– 1 lb salmon fillets
– ¾ cup brown sugar
– 1 orange
– 2 lemons
– 1 teaspoon kosher salt
– 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
– 2 tablespoon butter

Prep your citrus.
Zest two lemons and one orange.

to a bowl along with brown sugar, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
