- 1 pint strawberries hulled and diced
- ½ red onion diced
- 1 jalapeno seeded and diced
- ½ bunch cilantro minced
- juice of one lime
- salt to taste
Wash and dice your ingredients. My favorite shortcut is using an onion chopper. If you haven't tried one, you need to! I love dicing onions and other ingredients in it. Its is so fast and easy!
In a large bowl combine diced strawberries, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
Add fresh squeezed lime juice and salt to taste. Toss to combine. Serve with Milton’s Gluten Free Crackers.
