  • 1 pint strawberries hulled and diced
  • ½ red onion diced
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and diced
  • ½ bunch cilantro minced
  • juice of one lime
  • salt to taste

  • Wash and dice your ingredients.  My favorite shortcut is using an onion chopper.  If you haven't tried one, you need to!  I love dicing onions and other ingredients in it.  Its is so fast and easy!
  • In a large bowl combine diced strawberries, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
  • Add fresh squeezed lime juice and salt to taste.  Toss to combine.  Serve with Milton’s Gluten Free Crackers.
