Ingredients

  • 2 lb strawberries quartered
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 8 ounces mozarella pearls
  • handful of fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine strawberries, blueberries, mozarella pearls, and basil in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl combine honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.  Whisk until combined.
  • Pour on top of salad and toss to combine.  Serve immediately.
