What Does Fruit In Water Do?
Adding fresh fruits and herbs adds minerals and vitamins to water and increases the nutritional benefits. It also makes water taste refreshing, slightly sweet, and delicious!
How Long Can I Leave Fruit In My Water?
You can leave the fruits in the water for 4-5 hours, then I recommend removing them from the water. The water can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Removing the infused fruits from the water will prevent the fruit from decomposing in the water and potentially creating undesirable flavors.
Can I Reuse the Fruit in My Water?
Yes! After you consume your water, fill your jar back up using the same fruits, add some more syrups, and you're good to go! I recommend not using the same fruit for longer than 12 hours, though.
